Loved Tweak in 98, downloaded Tweak for XP v2

Says needs SP-1 to install. Also says v1.1 will run in
the base XP

Don't wnat to run SP-1.

Where can I get the earlier version of tweak.

Just to tell you, Windows XP SP1 contains several security patchs to keep
your system safe. you run a HUGE risk not installing it.

I use a reg.cleanup called Regestry Mechanic. Can be
found by going to Goole Search. I use it often and it
really helps to clean up and repair my system.

I have all the security and critical updates installed w/o
the SP1 so that is not the issue.

you cant. SP1 includes security updates in it. they cant be downloaded by
themself.
