remote procedure call termination

every time i go online and log into yahoo messenger, after
a few minutes, sometimes 5 sometimes 10, i get a message
saying "the remote procedure call was unexpectedly
terminated - you have 1 minute to shut down all
applications...etc"
it then counts down 1 minute and shuts my computer down.
why is this happening and is there anything i can do to
stop it?

Apparently, your computer has an unwelcome visitor (VIRUS) known=20
as the WM32 Blaster/Lovsan worm.

It entered your computer through your internet connection because the =
