I purchased a computer used with windows xp pro. To use word, etc., I
must reactivate because it seems components have changed (yes i
purchased the computer only) After waiting on a toll number for 1 hour
i am quite frustrated with microsoft - (no answer of course) I'd
greatly appreciate any help reactivating that does not involve waiting
forever on hold with microsoft!!!! I might name my first born after
