I recently upgraded to xp and my hp932c printer will not print. it does show up after i downloaded fix from hp site but still cannot print.........if anyone can help i,ll give 25% off any flooring product in my store

Oh and don't forget to uninstall the the printer thats on there now

Do you have the latest driver, for XP? If you don't down load it from HP
web site. Uninstall the driver thats now on computer. Install latest driver
with printer disconnected from computer. Then connect printer when prompted
by wizard. See if that works.

If the printer was installed before you did the upgrade to Windows XP, the
driver from the old OS may be causing a problem.
