microphone

Hi-Windows XP Home-- when I go to control panel then to
speech icon it doesn't give me any "tabs" to click on,
just the voice recognition tab. In the help on Windows XP
it says I can configure and set up microphone. That's
what I'm aiming to do, configure and set up microphone.
Any help is welcomed.
