deleteing avi file problem

can't delete an .avi that the computer reckons is being
used by other programs.
Ive had this before and just found the process in the task
manager, ended it and deleted the file fine. this won't do
that. Any ideas?

Don't be afraid to see if a question has already been asked and answered
before you post it again.

Try this: Create a new folder. Drag the movie file into that folder.
Delete that folder (and its contents!)
