When I log off, as administrator,to allow other family members to use the computer, I can get to the Windows "home Page" where the other account holders are displayed. But when they try to log on by clicking their name/picture, Windows will not respond; th
e screen goes blue then returns to the "home page". It seems I am the only one who can use the computer. I've checked their accounts to see if everything is OK and can't find any clues.

Can anyone help?
It is causing my wife to lose faith in Windows!

You are using *the* Administrator account, to do your normal computing?
