i am the administator on my computer. there are other users in my family that have there own sign on name. they have limited accounts. i have tried to delete their unused accounds by deleting all files and then their accound via control panel and user acco
unts. when i press DELETE THE ACCOUNT the program stops responding and does not delete the account. how can i delete these accounts?! if you know how to fix my problem it would be greatly appreciated!

Dan,
Please explain how you went about "deleting all their files."
Did you manually delete the folder with their name underneath \Documents and
Settings, and then proceed to delete the account itself?
I'm trying to figure out if this could cause it to freeze up on you...

Try reinstalling and then uninstall. It may be a terminology thing, but you
rarely or never "delete" a program or application. You must run uninstall to
properly remove all folders, files and registry settings.

Reinstall didn't work so I highlighted the files deleted them then deleted
the folder, I then removed the folder from the uninstall folder in the
registry.
Would that be alright. or have I done a bad thing?
