For IE look under View\Text size and choose your poisin.
For most other texts you can change the sizes by right
clicking the desktop and then clicking properties and then
the appearance tab and then select the font size of your
choice under the appropriate line. You can also click
effects\use large icons if you like or click the advanced
button and change everything from icon spacing to text
styles by selecting what you want in the drop down list.
(drop down lists are accessed by clicking the arrow to the
right of any line with this function.) good luck.
