Tool bar too big

Somehow I managed to make my toolbar double its normal size and I can't seem
to return to its previous state.
Please, what's the procedure?

Move your mouse pointer to the top (if the toolbar is at the bottom as is
usually the case) of the toolbar and try to get it right on the edge so it
becomes a "double arrow". Click and HOLD the left mouse button and drag in
the appropriate direction to resize.

Additionally (prior to) - you may have to UNLOCK the bar.. Right-click on
it and make sure it is NOT locked (you'll see the option in the menu that
appears when you right-click on it.)

Right click on your toolbar and uncheck
"Lock the Toolbars". Then try restoring it to its original size. or
See options of your toolbar and click on "Restore Defaults". (Hope it Works)
