Hope anyone can solvce this enigma... My PC has an Intel
P4PE/GE motherboard with an IEEE 1394 Bus Host Controller
included. Everytime I connect my Panasonic NV-GX7
camcorder to the FireWire port it is not acknowledge by
Win XP (Plug&Play). I've tried to re-install the drivers,
re-boot the PC, etc., etc. but no success whatsoever.
Is there anyone with a solution for this anoying
problem?? Thx a lot. Enrique )

Hi, Enrique. First, since this is a newsgroup there is no free email
support. Second, if you post your real email address in newsgroups or
on messageboards, it will be harvested by spambots and you'll get lots
of "interesting" offers in your Inbox.

Second, is the camera on when you are connecting it? I would definitely
go to Panasonic's website for tech support, user forums, etc. since
this is an issue with your device, not the operating system.

Hope that helped,

Malke
