error message -- fwkern.exe

I keep getting the following message if I leave my system
on overnight "fwkern.exe has encountered a problem" and
then it won't allow me to close that window or reboot
with alt-ctrl-del or do anything else. Any ideas what
this is? TIA

You know, the first thing I do when I see an error with a file name I don't
recognise is Google it. I suggest you do the same...You never know, you
might learn something!
