Customizing the title bar in the Start Menu from 'user' to an image or my name

I'd like to find out how one can customize the title bar in the Start Menu from 'user' to an image or my name.

Hi,

Just change it. Go to Start/Run and type in: control userpasswords
Click on User - Change My Name, Change My Picture.
