user accounts program missing

User accounts icon is missing from control panel. The
program is nowhere to be found. It is not in the recycle
bin. How can I get it back?

Are you able to run nusrmgr.cpl from Start | Run box? If not, you need to
extract the file from Windows XP CD-ROM

Insert the XP CD-ROM in the drive.
Click Start | Run | cmd and press Enter
"Expand X:\i386\nusrmgr.cp_ C:\Windows\system32\nusrmgr.cpl" and Press
Enter.

The icon should now be visible in Control Panel. If not let me know (Reply
to newsgroup and CC to me the results)
