Unwanted pop ups

I am getting a pop up from American Legacy
Foundation "Drop Dead Day" No 819/1200. Anyone know how I
can get rid of it?

Most likely you are talking about the "messenger Service" in Windows XP.

You can just enable XP's built in firewall to stop them. -

you can also search www.download.com for web popup blockers.
