Answer a few thing wrong thier (i think it was b/c you didnt have one
sentence in it)

their no user error, just general problem that are all fixed easy.

Like i said Word and Excel are not part of Windows XP nor any other version
of Windows. they must be pruchased by them selves or in Microsoft Office

To format your hard drive you use your Windows XP CD. it is bootable, just
pop it in and formatting is part of the setup.
