I have webwasher running in my account on an XP computer, but would like to
get it to run in the other accounts. I have tried adding a shortcut to it
in the "C:\Documents and Settings\name\Start Menu\Programs\Startup" folder
of the other accounts but this doesn't seem to work. Any idea on how to get
a process to run on startup?

A couple of things u can check:
1) Check in Start->Programs->Startup menu, if you see a shortcut to AOL
there, delete it.
2) In the settings (preferences) of AOL IM, somewhere there should be an
option asking whether the program should start when Windows starts - uncheck
it and it should work.
