Programs loading on start

There is no need to get a useless space wasting tool like
the one suggested by the other reply. I got it and looked
at it and like the useless Tweak UI it only does what you
can already do your self. Go>start\run and type in
msconfig and the click ok and then the startup tab and
uncheck any programs you don't want starting at boot. If
you need to clean this list out then e:mail me and I will
give your the registry route to remove any entries in this
list. good luck.

It may be space wasting to you but a convenience program may be the best
thing since sliced bread to the next person. Lighten up a bit and let the
user decide for themselves.

You must be running a 2gb HDD, eh? ;-)

I've done my share of msconfig and registry editing, but I keep a plethora
of utilities (including TweakUI and Xteq) on hand because of their
convenience and ease of use. Their footprints are small, and many would
even fit on your 2gb HDD alongside WinXP!

Many people are not comfortable using msconfig, let alone trying to edit the
registry.
