help with batch programing

I'm trying to make a batch(.BAT) file to open the same
folder were the batch file is currently in,
what command lines should I add.

If for instance your batch file resided in C:\Temp, a batch file with the
line C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe c:\temp would open an explorer window in the
C:\temp folder.
