The fonts I used in Win98se (True Type and Type 1) I
cannot import into WinXP Fonts folder. When I try to copy
fonts, I get a message telling me the fonts error
messages telling me the font is not good.
How do I import TT fonts into WinXP?
Thanks

You need to install the fonts. Either copy the fonts temporarily into a
folder on your hard drive or if they are on a cd-r, put that in the
drive. Then go to the Fonts applet in Control Panel. Look in the menu
for "Install Fonts". (I believe it's under "File" but my XP box is
getting a new hard drive today so I can't look - sorry). Follow the
wizard. If you still get an error, then perhaps the font files are
corrupt, which can happen, particularly if you have them on a floppy.
Fonts are actually tiny programs. If you need more help, please post
back.
