Hi, I am not sure if I am in the right place for the help
that I need, but maybe someone can help.
I am trying to install DirectX9
whilst installing It gets as far as copying files and
then freezes at dx7vb.dll

can anyone please help me

disable background apps, delete windows temp files, do a full chkdsk
first, etc.
