I am a brand new XP user and a transcriptionist as well.
I am having a hard time trying to put all the files in
one folder to be sent to client by E-mail. I have tried
using the insert-object but somehow I keep overriding my
previous file and losing reports. I am desperate because
I am already two days behind in my work! Please help as
soon as possible. Thanks.

You can't send a folder by email with ANY email client as far as I know.
You either have to add each file separately to the email or zip them up
into a zip file and attach that.
