Removing Kasperski anti virus

I'm trying to remove the above through the control panel and when I click on the 'Remove/change' button I get the message: 'An installation support file could not be found. The system can not find the file specified.' How do I achieve my aim? Thanks in

Try reinstalling the software, then uninstalling it. If that doesn't
work, contact Kaspersky tech support for advice.
