After having installed Win XP Pro with SP-1 clean to a machine, and
later re-installed other programs, I am finding that the preset fonts
for any entered text are all italicized. This include MS Word,
WordPerfect, Netscape, and even WordPad (but not NotePad).
Is there some setting for this? I cannot un-italicize the fonts in the
individual programs. The Italics buttons and choices don't even work.
I'm not talking about the labels on buttons, or the words in tool bars.
It is the text in several word processing programs that changed all at once.
I'd appreciate any ideas. Thanks.
