Run DLL as an App has encountered a problem and needs to close

I receive this message every time I start Windows XP. Does anyone knows how to fix this message. How to identify what application is causing this error?

It's probably (but not certainly) listed in your startup section.

Type msconfig in start run and look for lines starting Rundll32.

Your tip was veru helpful! I found the problem to be in the startup with ATI Remote Wonder driver - atirw.exe. After removing it the problem cleared.
