printer properties errors xp pro part II

When I try to get properties from any of my installed
printers I get an error message:

"c:\windows\explorer.exe Function Address 0x77e7650d caused a protection fault exception code 0xc0000005"

i have try all advice from other forum:

replace printui.dll with original ver. = not solve :-(
delete print driver + port and reinstalled = not solve :-(
delete spool directory = not solve

no Lantastic software installed on my system.

i have to try with printui.dll:
printui.dll 510K Ver. 5.1.2600.0 (XPClient.010817-1148)
5.1.2600.1106 (xpsp1.020828-1920)
