Download partial Service Pack?

Need to download only a few fixes from the Service Pack but can't find way
to do it. When I downloaded full Service Pack SP1a, i no longer was able to
use Outlook Express, so I uninstalled it. Now need fix to allow use of USB
2.0. Can anyone help?

Unless what you're after was released as a single download (available via
Windows Update> Windows Update Catalog), I don't know of any way to obtain
pieces of a service pack.

What problems were you having with Outlook Express? Installing SP1 toggles a
security setting in regards to attachments: use Tools> Options> Security to
allow attachments once again. There was also a problem with switching
identities that was fixed with a subsequent update (post sp1).
