i have a new dell dimension with xp. i downloaded the hp
officejet k60 software/drivers from the hp website
because the hp officejet k60 cdrom i have is for win 2000.
when i install the hp k60 software i get "unable to start
the application -- the java virtual machine cannot be
loaded. class not registered. hp told me to download
Microsoft Windows Script 5.6 but, that didn't help
either. any suggestions????
