I'm using Roxio V 5 and not having any problems. Have
you tried going to their website and getting latest
updates and drivers for Windows XP? That may take care of
your problem.
Hope this helps,

About ending your programs using alt, ctrl del, you can do the same in XP! It
should bring up a box, select 'end task' and it will bring up all you have
running and you can close them exactly the same as in earlier windows
editions. Hope this helps.
