Easy now,he simply asked a question, some people have
different levels of knowledge and comfort with computers.

John i had the same trouble and eventually gave up on the
program. Though i feel that it was ultimately the
combination and configuration of programs on my computer
that would not make it work without putting in a lot more
time that i did not have. Good luck.
