File and Settings Transfer Wizard

I am having trouble using the File and Settings Transfer
Wizard. Trying to move settings from my old computer to
my new one and the process gets hung about 3/4 of the way
thru. I let the transfer go for over 2 hours and it
didn't make any progress. None of the data or settings
got moved over. Any ideas??

There is a status bar near the bottom of the window, what does the text say
when it hangs?
