Lost my sub aacounts when I upgraded

Advice ? i just upgraded to XP and lost the subaccounts
I had on Outlook Express. My spouses email is no longer
there? Has anyone else had this problem? How did you
recover it?

didn't you export the mail accounts to a floppy disk as a Backup.....sure
woulda' save a lot of time re-entering all that
stuff....well....anyway...I'm sure you'll save them after this.......

Although Jack is correct in that you should back up important data before
upgrading, however, Microsoft does have help for you where Jack falls
short..
