hp printing from user accounts

I installed a hp 7150 and it works fine from the admin
account but it won't print from the limmeted accounts I
have norton anti-virus..

Go to the Control Panel and click on Printers & Faxes.

Right click on the printer, and select Properties.

In the Advanced tab.... change the setting from Use Print Spooler to Print
Directly to Printer.
