McAfee detects "suspicious script"

My McAfee sends the message:

"Suspicious script detected in c:\windows\integrator.exe
trying to call reg write method within the iwshell3
object."

McAfee recommends STOPPING.

OK, folks I admit this is all Greek to me! I took
McAfee's recommendation and stopped it but what is it?

I have a Toshiba Satellite A25-S307 with Windows XP Pro.
The only software I have loaded is McAfee Virus Scan and
Firewall.

All I want to do is keep my laptop virus and hacker
free. But...
