Create a new account for Peter Weiss.
Log on to an administrator account that is not Petet Weiss or Peter Weiss.
Using Control Panel> System> Advanced> User Profiles> Settings, copy the
Petet Weiss account to Peter Weiss.
Log off of the adminstrator account you used to do these things.
Log on to new account.
I know that sounds like the long way around but if you simply use Control
Panel> User Accounts to change Petet to Peter, you will end up with the
right name on the Welcome screen and Start Menu. However, your Documents and
Settings folder will remain as Petet Weiss.
