I recently updated my windows ME computer to windows XP
and all of my programs made the move successfully, and I
was happy until I noticed that none of the files that
were in the My Documents folder- which included some
songs, dozens of documents, and hundreds of pictures. I
can't find them anywhere on my computer now, and find it
hard to believe that XP would erase all my personal files
yet keep safe programs which could easily be installed.
Were my files moved to some remote folder I can't find,
or have they been permanently erased, never to be seen
again? Please e-mail with any help if possible!
