Robert,
DelFolder is not a Windows system file. It seems to be a virus/trojan
affecting the system. Disable the entry from startup using MSConfig.
Clict Start > Run > MSConfig
In the Startup tab, disable delfile.exe
Run an antivirus scan (full system) and eliminate the trojan.
