Ok. I got on my computer today and it was having lots of
troubles, it would only play videos for 5 minutes before
stoppinf and it could only get like half of the websites i
tried to visit. So I restart my computer.
Whenever I start it up, it does that windows pload page
with the green load bar. After that it then pops up a blue
screen the says.
"Stop: c0000218{registry filr
feature}:\system\system32\config\software or its log or
alternate"

I cna get any farther than that in safe mode or last
successful boot or anything. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi,

Did you get a warranty? There is no reason you should have to spend your =
time troubleshooting a new system. Invoke the warranty, make them get it =
right or get your money back.
