can't get it to work?

Hi
I have windows xp aol 9.0 optimized
I am trying to get internet explorer to work
In my programs listings it says that I have:
intenet explorer Q818529 2.54 mb
I just paid $18.00 for service---re: a hot bar
advertisement.
I really don't know what I am doing :(
Can anyone help?

Mind you, I've never used AOL. If you have AOL service, you follow =
their directions (which they should have provided). You connect using =
their AOL browser. If after that you wish to use MS Internet Explorer, =
indeed you can --- just minimize the AOL browser, then bring up Internet =
Explorer from the XP Start menu, Then choose All programs,=20
