A reinstall of windows XP caused the original user
profile to have some setting issues. When that user
enters IE, the backgraound colors will not appear, all
white. Text is ok. When a new user was created, the IE
background color is ok all setting appear ok. Original
user was owner. How to I find what settings on original
user is bad and how do I replace.

They are all unchecked. I tried checking all, which then
changes my font. Then I go back and uncheck all and
everything comes back but I still do not get colored
background. Every page is white.
It has to be something in my user profile as I said when
I created a new user, the IE for that user works fine.
