How to recover a disabled Administrator Account

A technician was here today to install a new DSL
connection.

As a security precaution, he disabled the "Aministrator"
account.

Problem is, I had no other accounts on my computer.

How can I access my computer? At the very least, how can
I access my files?

I am running Windows XP.
