Try this..
Reboot in SAVE MODE, u might probably see an account with
the name "administrator" then log on and creat a new
limited account or just enable ur old account.
Hope this works for u...
note: to boot in SAVE MODE:
restart the PC, then hit the F8 key every few seconds,
choose safe mode on the menu that appears, then hit enter.
