I don`t know if this will work for everyone, but I find
that the native XP writer will overwrite a file or folder
if the new one has the exact same name as the existing
one you want to replace.It has to be exact though. When
you send it to the CD you will get a message saying that
the file already exists, and do you want to replace it.
You cannot delete or alter any individual file from the
CD. You have to erase the whole lot. But I can overwrite
in the manner I described. That is how it works for me
anyway. Hope it works for you.
