Long loading time Outlok Express

I installed XP and when i click on Outlook Express the splashscreen appears
but it takes about 1 minute before it opens. Is this a known bug and is
there a fix or shall i reinstall???

Hi,

This happens when you have very larg e mail and news files. Try deleting
older posts and email.
