start up error message

Apologies if this kind of question has been asked before but I keep getting the following error message when my pc starts up, following by it freezing (sometimes!)

BCCode : 1000007e BCP1 : C0000005 BCP2 : 07100002 BCP3 : F89648F4
BCP4 : F89645F4 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 0_0 Product : 768_1

Any help would be appreciated
