Windows Task Manager

When I open the task manager all I get is a small bar with 3 buttons on it, "end task," "switch task" & "new task." It used to open a window and gave me a choice of which programs to end, now only just the buttons appear. I would be so greateful if someo
ne could please tell me what happened, and how I might get that full window to open again.

Open Task Manager and double-click anywhere on the top Window border.
Somehow, you managed to convert Task Manager to run in "Tiny Footprint Mode".
