OE and can't get mail!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't understand it but after being deluged with returned mail form a
postmaster somewhere I now cannot get ANY mail. Please help Ellen

This might be a problem you should contact your ISP about. If is very
doubtful that this problem has anything to do with Windows unless you are
getting some type of error message.
