minimize on startup

Hello,
With XP I want to launch a program minimized. I can choose to run the
program minimized in the properties dialog of the shortcut but, when I run
the program it launches full view. I know the program would lauched in the
minimized view with windows 98.
Any help will be appreciated.

Click Start - Programs - Startup. Right-click on the application icon you
want to start minimized and select Properties. Now change the Run mode to
Minimized and click OK.
