What kind of help? Install the drive in an empty bay, connect the power
cable and data cable and boot the computer. XP will see the drive and
install it.

Hello
I am sure you can do everything that needs to be done without my help, just
turn your puter off unplug the power watch out for static electricity, best
to ground yourself, put it in the drive bay plug it in and power back up and
it will install itself.

Hope this helps

Un-plugging the computer is an arguable issue. Turning off all power is not.
There is a ground wire in the power cord that may protect the PC from a
static charge. If it is un-plugged, it can't. This is not just my thinking,
I have read about the subject in several articles on well known web-sites.
