Outlook Express problem

NOw that I have uninstalled Office Premium because it
kept trying to upgrade my OUtlook Express to Outlook
2000, I can't seem to forward, delete or reply to
messages...and I can't access my address book at all.
What can I do to have my Outlook Express 6 back to normal?

Be sure to include some more details like the exact error messages
that pop up etc.
